Game stuck on pacsun screen

So it's finally gone completely! Now the game loads up but it automatically goes straight to the Pacsun screen and gets stuck there... My energy is still going up at the top of the screen, but I can't access anything, therefore I can't send a ticket from inside the game either :(
Game Centre name: NickieSault, A+++ List, KKH Currently on Level 62

    I got this issue on my iOS game once during the event, lasted several hours.

    I am having this exact same issue. I have been locked out of the game since 8 a.m. CST. I have tried un-installing and re-installing the game. It did not help.

    GLU - game is still stuck. Please help!!

    I'm having the same trouble now with the Nour Hammour screen

    So annoying. And GLU never responded. I just had to wait for the PacSun event to be over and then then I was able to play again. :mad:
