My game will not get past the loading screen. What's going on??

So I have figured out I think that uninstalling and reinstalling fixes the issue of being stuck at the loading screen. Just be sure if you are going to do this that you have signed into either Facebook or Game Center for your game. Because when you reinstall and reload it says to load your saved game you have to sign into the one you used. So if you hadn't already done that apparently you won't be able to access your saved game.
