Perry isn't calling for gigs

I'm currently working on a weekend event but Perry stopped calling for gigs after I complete the weekend quest. HELP! I'm on my last gift box!!! GLU, FIX THIS!!!!

    This happened a few times to me, it was never solved. After several days Perry just suddenly calls. Then he randomly stops again for no apparent reason.

    I am having the exact same issue and have been all week! I finished the weekend event and now Perry just isn't calling... How do we log a ticket for this?
    What level are you on? I'm about halfway through level 21... Surely I can't be up to where they haven't updated anymore.
    iOS K+K and KKH player:
    KKH: Level 31
    K+K: Level 21
