My game had been stuck at "loading saved data" since Thursday. I have restated my phone multiple times, no success. I have also emailed support and have not gotten a response. I simply want to know what's going on and how can I fix the issue.

    Have you tried deleting the app and then reinstalling? If you have it connected to the Game Center (or I think Facebook) it should have your progress saved when you reinstall.
