Should i be able to send friends gifts?

I have fb friends on my kk game. Can i gift them, if not then y do u need friends on the game?

    gonna go out a limb here and say that the Kendall and Kylie game does not allow you to send gifts to friends and significant others at the moment perhaps in the future the game will let us send gifts to our facebook friends and significant others.
