Lost clothes, shoes, accessories purchases

I got a new phone and lost all the clothes accessories and shoes I purchased. Everything else was okay when I transferred, how can I get these back

    Are you missing the kgems as well? If not, you could just buy them again. But if you're missing the kgems as well, send an in-game ticket with screenshots.
