Can someone please explain to me how parties work?

Is there anyone please that can explain to me how parties work. I have just thrown my first Krew party and have gained 2 stars so far, but it is not allowing me to get to five stars as I have no more icon to click on to complete my five star party. Please help, I really want to complete this weekends Krew event. Thank you in advance.

    You need to have other krew members RSVP to your party and complete the actions as well. So its important to have an active krew.

    You need members of your krew to join your party and help you finish to get five stars :) if you need an active krew you can join mine, XEX Krew! We're partying pretty hard at the moment :D
