I think when you open your friend list, then select your Krew, there is an X next to your name. Try that? I'm not sure as I've only been in one Krew and it's awesome lol!

like Twiztidrose stated when you click on your friends list it'll have krew, friends, All (I think) once you click on your Krew there's an "x" by your name click it or you can request to join another Krew that's active and that'll be a way to leave as well once they accept you into their Krew.
