Kicked out of the krew (again!)

It's happening again. Any of the staffs from Glu want to see all the k-gems that I spend my money with?!
What's going on? It's the second time that my krew has the same problem.

I'm sorry this is happening, the best thing I can suggest is submitting an ingame ticket to customer care, so they can take a look and see why this is happening in your game. I think there were a few other posts about this, I'll see if I can find them and merge them so all the info is together.

But first step would be that ticket to customer care, and while I think of it, everyone should copy their game ID number and keep it in a safe place, besides your device. If you ever can't get into your game and need assistance, that Game ID is the key to the Kastle.

I had this happen 3 times with lots of missing gems etc and being kicked from krews with gift boxes disappearing etc.
I found the only way to fix it completely was get in touch with someone who works for glu, either by ticket or on here. having screenshots of the issues definitely helps speed things up too. since being helped by glu staff I've had no krew or gift box issues&#55357;&#56842; good luck
