Didn't receive any of the event items from the Krew Goals event

Okay so i helped out with the krew event but didn't receive any of the prizes and I'm not only annoyed by this but I'm livid. i have screenshots because I've known that this has happened to people a lot my krew came in first place, I tried clearing the cache as well as restarting my device none of that worked! i contacted glu inside the game sent them the screenshots as proof of my participation hopefully they respond because this is just ridiculous & unfair.
