Discrepancy

I receive this message " WE HAVE DETECTED AND CORRECTED A DISCREPANCY IN YOUR SAVED DATA. IF YOU THINK THIS IS IN ERROR, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT" and i think there is no discrepancy in my saved game and every time i click the chat button this will appear "WE WERE UNABLE TO CONNECT TO CHAT. PLEASE TRY AGAIN" and when i click try again same message will appear. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM

    Hey, they found a solution to the problem, don't know if you found it, but you gotta tap around the purple dress, theres a window behind that big krews goal page and it was the one when parties are finished. So you have to tap around and it will unlock. It worked. I hope that helps.
