So I'm in 5th place on the most followed list but I didn't get 200 kgems and 25000$. I contact with support but they didn't help me 😞

    Have they replied to you, or are you still waiting? There are longer waits sometimes, but your ticket will be answered.

    Ok, can you look around this thread and see if it applies to you? Believe me, when it is your tickets turn, they'll do what they can to halp, and they will be responsive, Glu asks that you not submit multicple tickets, just wait for their response on the first one.
