Not Getting Cash in K&K??

I contacted glu support about this, but they didn't give me an answer about it.
I've recently made it to #1 on the most followed list in the Kendall and Kylie game, but I didn't receive the cash for reaching 25th, 10th, and 5th on the list. So I'm a bit confused. It may be because I already had quite a bit of cash stacked up so I could buy the house in Paris. I really just want a clear answer about this, and I kind of want to see if I can get the 50k I worked for lol
This problem was resolved. It just takes glu support a little while to fix
