I lost my krew, giftboxes again with a new game!!!!!!!!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? AGAIN? WITH A NEW GAME ****. WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS ? I created a new game some days ago and today i got banned, i dont understanding!! I LOST MY EX-GAME AND KNOW I LOST THIS GAME THAT I CREATED

The support said me that they dont will give me back the event clothes of my ex-account and now i lost this?
WHAT **** HAPPEN???

    The same thing happened to me they fixed then the next day I woke up to the same BS now I lost my Krew and the weekend event is unplayable

    I have the same problem. I lost 2 accounts!!! I never use hacks or cheats. Customer support didn't helped me...
