Houses you can purchase within the game

I'm new here but can anyone tell me if there has been a previous thread created by someone where they've listed all the houses you can purchase in the game and how much money or k gems it costs for each? Also including the clean up time on each house in every location. I've earnt quite a few k gems by completing offers and I need to purchase homes for party events for my krew. A list of how much each cost would help me.

    Hey, ladykrystal! That's a great source for the prices, here you can find more information about the clean up time on the houses, how many guests can be invited and the costs of pets. (LindaVB, I hope you don't mind me linking up your thread) ahaha
