Whenever I try to play it goes to the Start of the game. And when I choose to load saved data my old games shows but whenever I click load saved game it goes to load the back to the new game screen. Every time

    I'm sorry this is happening to you. You can submit a ticket to customer care. It must be maddening to see your save and not be able to access it. Fingers crossed.

    This happened to me as well they suggested i start a new game so i just uninstalled the game not about to start over for a fourth time so that it can glitch for a fourth time on me not worth it. :)
