Are those numbers in the top right corner of the screen or the one u see when you hit too stars your overall ranking in the game? Because I have 47.7 Million fans and it says I'm #1 and I just want to make sure it's real!

The rankings are based in your game only No other players count apart from those you are friends with. So you are #1 in your game and your friends but if a friend is also #1, in their game they will be #1 and you would be #2.

Basically everyone is #1 in their own game if they have gained the most fans
