Kim Kardashian: Hollywood keeps crashing ?!

Every time I open the game it loads and shows where I left off on the game and then crashes! I haven't been able to play for 5 days. I've done everything they advise on if your app is crashing but it hasn't helped and I emailed them but they haven't responded! Does any one know anything else I could do?!

Im having the exact same problem and it very frustrating! Good to see that i'm not the only one I guess
