A forum member just tried to gift me an item and received but when he went to gifted me he received a message saying: There was a problem sending the gift. Try again later. Any support will help us exchange gifts. Thanks!

This is just a little server/connection glitch. Your friend will be able to send you gifts again It just happens from time to time.
