Is there a mission to purchase the beach house in Punta Mina? I am here for a shoot and have enough money so I was thinkin of buying it. However I don't want to if that is a mission to complete later or if I will need this money for a different mission.

Na, it's up to you if you wanna buy it or not. You do get some new fans if you buy it though.
