It not connecting but I'm connected

This game is not loading, it's telling me I'm having connection trouble but I'm connected! Please somebody help or answer something cos there's a lot of people at the same situation! If I reinstall I'll loose my whole play and the money I spend buying stars...

Yeah I think the servers are still being a bit buggy, just keep checking back and it should load at one point or another If it persists try resetting your wifi. If that does not work please contact the team via their Support Page. Make sure to include your device, the game and of course the issue in detail ^_^
