What's going on????

The game froze on me and followed all directions. Even willing to start over. Nothing. I am stuck on the beginning screen with nothing. Nobody for institution....zero. Have uninstalled and reinstalled under different iTunes account. Someone have a solution. I like this game..other than what's it's not doing
