KKH works with WiFi but not with Cellular Data

Has this happened to anyone before? All my other apps work perfectly fine with cellular data. Also, whenever i turn the cellular data off for KKH, it always manages to turn itself back on. Even when it says cellular data is on for KKH, I still can't connect.
