Transferred devices and stuck in So Chic

I kept getting an error message on my iPhone saying that I didn't have enough space on my device to save my progress. So I deleted the app from my phone and downloaded it on my iPad. I created a new character and hit go and now I'm stuck in So Chic. There's no one else there no way to exit. I am stuck. Please help! 
