No new fans

I am doing photo shoots, appearances etc and I have not gotten any new fans in 2 weeks. Any idea why or what I am doing wrong?? I am losing my rank and not moving up, I don't get it.

You may have hit the max. The current limit is 87.5K if you have the Paris update
