I have lost all my game progress and recently purchased stars. I would like to retrieve my old game. If not possible I want a refund or the $3.99 special star offer applied to this game. I am so upset. Please help me.

The only way you will be able to get you old game back is by restoring recent backup if you did one Glu are unable to save games to their servers So sadly if you did not back up your game your game is gone forever

As for your recent purchase, you can contact the team via their Support Page you will be more than happy to credit your new game (if you decide to play again) with your purchased stars
