Bug At So Chic, Help?

Hey so the task on my side bar said to go talk to Luther at So Chic and I went in and was about to talk to him when I decided to go back outside to see if I could get another energy bolt from the street and then Luther called me and said he had So Chic's weekly profit to come by and get it and I did and after I got it the little yellow explanation point had gone away and I can't Talk to him to continue playing the main run through of the game. Help??
