Relationships?

Is it just me or are the relationships in this game pretty bad. I reached the max level for the time being and nothing has happened. Normally you could get married or engaged or dates at their house but this game nothing. I'm just wondering if there will be things happening with the relationships or not?

    They have not implemented engagement or marriage at this time.
