No new quest

I'm on level 21. I was at Max level when the update hit. I haven't gotten any new quest. The last quest/storyline I had was in punta nota then I updated and nothing has happened. Just same gigs from Simon. No calls from Kim or Maria. What do I do??? It keeps saying no new goals. So idk
