game keeps crashing

i'm having a problem with the game... when i open it, it loads and as soon as my character appears onscreen it crashes it's been doing this since yesterday. has anyone else experienced this? i've turned off my device (an iPhone4S with iOS7) and turned it on again multiple times, and it still won't work
