Problem with the updates

Is there a new offer and/or update? I'm seeing some of my friends wearing a new black dress with transparent black lace on the part of the shoulders and a new collar. Is it a new offer?

And I'm having problems receiving gifts from friends. It seems that I already have the items but when I open my game they're not available.

Is there anyone having this kind of troubles?

Right now I got a notification about a Bonus Energy Sale but when I open my game it's not there. Is this happening to anyone else? I'm afraid that I'm not going to be able to enjoy the new updates :-(
