Not getting new offer

I've seen there's a new offer going around. One for the weekend where you can get the items before they hit the store but I can't seem to be able to get it. Is there anyone else with this problem? Should I restart my game?

What level are you on? I have the game on my mobile and my tablet and the one on my mobile where I am at level 10 I have not gotten the offer but the other one (level 19) I have.

Maybe you're right! I'm at level 15 right now, I really hope that's the reason I'm not getting any new offers :-( I've been having a lot of glitches with the game lately. Thank you a lot of your reply!
