No Goals??

I've been playing the game and haven't really had any glitches except earlier in the game when I was doing the lovin feelin goal (3 dates). Now I just opened the app and noticed that I don't see Simons usual purple goal box and I'm not getting called!!
I'm max out lvl and have 177mil fans so I'm not missing any missions..I think?
Anyone having this same issue ???

Yes I am level 21. I am stuck at "meet kim at miraggio" even simon is not calling BF is not calling. I dont know what to do.
