Not allowing me to get 5 stars on gigs...

Whenever I complete a job, event, photo shoot, etc., I always make sure I hit the 5 stars. After I'm done, I'll exit my game out & when I go to play it later, it says I only completed the gig with like 1 or 2 stars! Then I get an update that my gig was a flop when I was suppose to have 5 stars to begin with. It happens every so often & it's starting to get annoying. Any ideas anyone? This needs to be fixed!
