I need help. My game has been frozen for over a week now. I've been waiting for Simon to call me about four different jobs and he hasn't. My girlfriend kept calling me and then role up with me because I wasn't able to take her on a date. I don't want to reset it because I spent to much money. Help.

If you playing on an iOS try turning off iCloud. Or hard resetting your device by holding the lock and home buttons at the same time until the apple icon appears.

If the problem persists please report it to the team via their Support Page. Never restart unless you truly want to If you restart glu will not give you back any of the currency you have bought. As long as glitches are reported the team will resolve them within an update or two. Just be patient
