Two different save files...screwed up game and purchases within game..

Problem: I booted up the game today, 9/18/2014 12:52am, to receive a weird message. Select which save game file: Device 1 or Device 2. Each had different levels, money, and energy levels. I touched nothing and the game rebooted to a previous save from around 9:00am 9/17/2014. The reason why I am contacting support is because I purchased $4.99 worth of money in the game around 9:30am 9/17/2014 and it has disappeared. Before the game reset I had over $6,000, out of which I had purchased $5,000. Does anyone have any idea what I can do?
