Is their 3 spots in every city that gives extra money,coins, and power ups? I found quite a few that had 3 then can only find 2 in some. I know the one you gotta go in the store and click the white sweater for the money. I click on all billboards,trees,cars, ect.....

I believe it varies by location. For instance in the newer cities(Australia and Italy) there's only been two.
