sava data conflicted. what is the cause of it?

ok so i experienced this problem which is the 'sava data conflict' problem. and i just wanna know what is the cause of it

Tbh I'm not entirely sure It's as if the game saves twice and confuses itself. The only thing I can recommend is to back up your game regularly that way you always have a record of it saved somewhere.
