Divorce??

Since there is no new storyline I'm trying to play around with the character...
My character is married and now I'm going on a date with another character other then my spouse...
My spouse relationship is stop at 499/500 which I can't get the key to his house no matter how many times we went out for a date that's why I'm dating someone else in order for me to get the key to his house
Is there a way to divorce my spouse??

I think you can call them for a date and there's an option to break up. I haven't tried it yet, but it should work I'm guessing.

as soon as i went on a date with someone else my spouse called and asked me if i wanted a divorce
