I'm pretty sure it's not. I'm already Max Level (stuck on a buggy quest) and I've got 87.5 million fan, and is No. #1. I remember the movie role a LONG way back, so there must be some kind of problem with your game.

Hey, I have also reached 218.8 Million fans and I can't get anymore fans so I believe that that's the max until they release a new update.

218.8M is the current max of fans that can be earned. If you aren't on level 26 try leveling up for more goals.
