You can add people via Gamecenter by going into the Game Center app, tapping on the "Friends" icon at the bottom, then tap the "+" symbol in the top right corner. When adding players, they must have the Kim Kardashian: Hollywood app in order for them to be added to your contacts list in the game.

Make sure you are signed into GC in the game too by clicking the phone icon and here will have the option to Sign into GC.

Ah I see, I cannot get a game center ID, as I am playing this game on facebook through my computer.
