Objectives that say start (+bonus)?

I've had the one gold star/heart on every objective/date for a while now an one of them I got a *k-star* but not anymore can anyone tell me what the bonus is supposed to be

The bonus is the additional heart/star, isn't it? It just means you don't need to use as much energy to complete an objective or date. And besides the weekend event, I think you only get a K star after you complete a task if it said so beforehand.
