Cannot make in app purchases...

Hello,
First...I have plenty of actual iTunes credit to purchase items in KKH. Credit card is fully functional and I called to verify with my bank that they are not holding up purchases as well. I've also contacted Apple support to make sure it wasn't a glitch on their end.
For a few days I have been unable to make in app purchases in the Game. I've contacted the GLU Customer support and created a ticket. I get the error message "Unable to complete transaction at this time, contact Apple Support at ....(website that's not correct)...
Ugh! I've contacted Apple 4 times and it's nothing on their end. Has anyone else had this problem? I've signed out of my Apple ID, waited 30 minutes, turned off phone, rebooted and signed in again only to get the sand message over and over. Help!
ETA: I can make in app purchases in other games, and also purchase apps from the iTunes store...so it has to be this app that's causing problems.
