Calabasas being weird.

So I was going to check out the KARDASH store in Calabasas to confirm an issue in the forums but when I go to travel to Calabasas, my game shuts off. Now I thought it was my phone being stupid at that moment and lagging so I went to travel somewhere and it let me. Is anyone else having the problem of not being able to travel to Calabasas without their game shutting off or is it just me?
