Lost Game Save

Hi, I created a ticket on 7 November as I had to do a restore for iOS. Unfortunately it deleted all the game data for Kim Kardashian Hollywood. I was at level 26 and had worked really hard so I was wondering is there any way to get a game save back? I only saw the thread on how to save your game using iFunBox after the restore so did not have it. I will use iFunBox in the future but is there anyway to get my old save back as I cannot start from the beginning.

Have not heard anything back about the ticket but I know you guys are busy so just hoping this will help?

In kim kardashian Hollywood I was playing 26 level unfortunately all the levels were deleted and it is telling me to start from fast please tell me how to get my old game back I can play it from first please
