New Delhi

Everything in New Delhi is locked. I can go there but not get into anything. I thought it might have something to do with whether you have quests there or not but I haven't had any in Dubai and I can enter places there. Any ideas?

    Yes, in the newest update they give you a quest to go in the motion picture building. The hotel is still closed though.

    For the time being, it seems that things in New Delhi are locked unless you have a quest.
