Please help! Jose meet and greet task

Hi everyone I need help 3 weeks I have been stuck not being able to complete the meet at greet with Jose at panino. After chatting with him I was supposed to do the getting to know you task however the action bubbles never came up! Now Jose is permanently in Panino and I have no way to move forward to complete anything leading to Florence.
