Restore Special Purchases

Long story short, I had to get a new phone & when I loaded Kim K I lost my whole game & have had to start from the beginning.

I contacted Glu over a week ago because silly me spent actual money on the game & I either need a refund or a way to restore my purchases.

I haven't heard back yet but tonight I noticed a button in the K Stars purchase area that says 'Restore Special Purchases' ... I must have clicked it a hundred times but nothing is happening?? Has anyone successfully used this button or does anyone have any info? Thanks!
