All my contacts went to 0/200 anyone else?

So, I did the update on my iphone and the game kept crashing over and over. Finally now I can play, but literally all of my contacts went down to zero. I just had to get a new "husband" because my other one disappeared (and yes I filed a ticket with now response, shocker). Now I went thought getting married again to a generic generated player and he is gone too!!! Anyone have any ideas?
