In app purchase made game crash!

Brought $5000 for £2.99 (in app purchase) for Kim Kardashian Hollywood, payment made but unable to play game straight after just crashes as game has loaded, done all necessary checks i.e turn phone on/off etc but still no joy, how van I get this fixed or even get money back if no luck?
